I am the owner and main artist of Captured By Kari Photography.

I am born in the beautiful city of Varna on the Black sea coast. 

I have a law degree.

I traveled the world and have been in 54 countries, I have been on the North pole and on the South pole.

I love mountain hiking, red wine and classical music.

Professional photography is in my family for three generations. I inherited my first film camera from my father at age 10 and started learning, capturing and developing photos with my uncle.

Since than photography has always been my favorite hobby, but I underestimated it as a professional occupation for quite a long time. 

In 2013 I took a professional photography course. 

Upon the birth of my daughter, I realized how vital is to capture life's most precious moments as the little moments make the life big and beautiful.

Sunshine Photography studio in Ottawa was created in 2016 and since than is happy to serve clients in the National capital region and surroundings. 

We are grateful for all clients and especially those returning time and time again. It is pleasure to see babies growing up, increasing families...

I am happy to create beautiful memories for all of them that are becoming precious as time goes by.
